At Impresso, we ensure every product is quality-checked before delivery. However, if you face any issue, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Returns are only accepted for:

     

    • Damaged products

    • Wrong item delivered

     

To request a return, please send clear photos or unboxing video proof along with your order number.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes inspection.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged after use

  • Size issues (unless exchange is approved)

  • Items without original tags
